Lockheed C-130 Hercules


The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is four-engine turboprop cargo aircraft that was originally developed for the US Air Force, but which serves with more than 40 nations.

During Operation Granby, RAF Hercules were deployed to Riyadh and forward operating bases. These included elements of 24 Squadron, 30 Squadron, 47 Squadron and 70 Squadron.
